Protein / Fluids... How did it go?
Fluids - not too bad, 4 tall glasses (8 servings). That included the bottle of water I had w/ me in the car.
Protein, that was another story. We left the house early in the day. Started by having breakfast out. I did very well, 20g easily. But..it made me "full" for the remainder of the day. Even when we stopped at Walmart so I could grab a protein bar - I never ate it because I wasn't hungry enough. Dinner was good. We ate at Chili's, I had grilled chicken, it's enough for 3 meals. That was another 20-25ish. Then I had an ounce of nuts later for another 7. All in all I probably had about 50g. Not nearlly enough.
Well, I didn't think I ate much at all yesterday but...it says:

I believe I had a piece of fish from Long John Silvers and it was full of fat..of course made me sick at my pouch. Won't do that again!! Just high calorie/fat food. Plus I think when you use the FitDay you can only put in what it has so if I only eat a 1/2 cup of something you can only use a 1 cup same for calories and such. I am just surprised at how how the calories were..suprising. Such I don't think I ate anything:
1- Smoke Sausage like a hot dog
1- Long John Silver Fish
6 bites of cole slaw
1- Protein bar
55 oz of fluid
1 cup of popcorn
