3 Month F-Up!!!

WOW Angela, what a great check-up. Your dr must have been so pleased with how well you are doing. Not much longer until you are in onederland!!! A definate :party!!! It is hard at times to get in all the water and protein. It's a shame that we know what we need to do and still sometimes don't get it done. I'm sure a lot of us are like that. Don't worry.
