3 Month F-Up!!!
I had my 3 month check up today and it was good. I won't know about the bloodwork for 2 weeks but the weightloss is still holding at 52 lbs! Only 15 lbs to onederland...then it is time. I know I need to drink more fluids and eat more protein...I have noticed that if I have a good day where I am eating more protein and drinking more then I seem to loose-go figure
