3 Month F-Up!!!

I had my 3 month check up today and it was good. I won't know about the bloodwork for 2 weeks but the weightloss is still holding at 52 lbs! Only 15 lbs to onederland...then it is time. I know I need to drink more fluids and eat more protein...I have noticed that if I have a good day where I am eating more protein and drinking more then I seem to loose-go figure

OMGosh OMGosh OMGosh thats wonderful!!! You will drop those 15lbs in no time!!! Yup I find that to. The better the protein the more the scale drops. *huggles* Felicia

Well done, Angela! I notice the same thing, about eating protein and drinking. During those weeks when absolutely NO protein was staying down and even water wasn't always sitting right, my weight loss slowed. This week, I am getting more food down and I'm losing something daily! Lisa
