Raisins ~ Seedless ... 1/10 cup Milk ~ Skim ~ 0% Fat ... 8 oz. snack #1 Chicken ~ Breast ~ Meat Only ...2 oz. lunch Cheese ~ Mozzarella ...2 oz. Tomatoes ~ Red ...2 slices Vinegar ~ Balsamic ...1/2 tbsp. Oil ~ Olive ...1/2 tbsp. Chicken ~ Breast ~ Meat Only ...3 oz. snack #2 health smart fudge bar ...1 dinner Deli Traditions Roast Beef ...3 slices (thin) Bread ~ White ...1 slice Mayonnaise ~ Real ...1 tsp. Cheese ~ American ...1 slice Total Calories 912 Protein 80.8g so far i have had 58 oz. of my water... 8 oz. of that was sugar free grape koolaide...yum i have taken all of my vitamins... and will most likely have another 8-12 ozs. of water and possibly a hot chocolate with 8 oz. skim milk, and sugar free fat free hershey's syrup which will ad another 8 grams of protein. all in all a pretty good day...

Thursday's Eats: B: 1- Protein Bar L: 1- Cup of Ground Beef Patty Few Bites of Green Beans/Carrots S: 1- Cup of Turkey I have had about 30 oz of fluid and still drinking. Possible having another Protein Bar...well see.

Looks like your having a good day!! So far mine is... 2 ounces of Jerky 20 ounces of ISOpure Apple Melon 32 ounces of water Thats it. SHEESH actually yours looks great mine looks terrible lol How long does it take you to get a cup of food down? *huggles* Felicia

Instant breakfast 2 slices deli ham, mozzerella stick- lunch pears in their own juice- snack rest of the adobo- dinner ( this is the only left over that hasn't made me ) sf pop- snack strawberry protein drink- before bed didn't drink near as much as I should have... Aime

Only doing this for the accountability - it was a baaaad day. B - string cheese S - 1/2 serving of soy crisps L- 2oz chicken w/mushrooms, tomatoes, and zuccini S- the other 1/2 of a serving of soy crips D- None Evening - had 1/4 cup of real mashed potatoes (made w/ 1%milk...but real butter) with 2 tablespoons of parmesean cheese....bad bad bad bad (but really REALLY good) Fluids - a had a cup of tea and a glass of water in the morning (2), I had some sf orange drink in the afternoon (1 1/2), I had a bottle of water with me at my lesson, sipped on it, refilled it before I left the students house and headed to the gym where I promptly forgot it in the car! (0)...working out w/ou****er = NOT GOOD. I had another BIG glass of orange drink throughout the night (2) 5 1/5 8oz servings total....ugh. I'm heading downstairs to the cafe to get some skim milk and mix up a shake right now! I will not repeat a day like yesterday...no way!

I had 1/2 a protein bar for breakfast... apx. 2oz tilapia in ginger soy sauce, very small piece of corn on the cob, and some asparagus (not sure how much it was) for dinner... 4 tiny fat free crackers topped with roasted red pepper hummus for a snack. Loads and loads of water! Lisa
