so far i have had 58 oz. of my water... 8 oz. of that was sugar free grape koolaide...yum
i have taken all of my vitamins... and will most likely have another 8-12 ozs. of water and possibly a hot chocolate with 8 oz. skim milk, and sugar free fat free hershey's syrup which will ad another 8 grams of protein.
all in all a pretty good day...
Only doing this for the accountability - it was a baaaad day.
B - string cheese
S - 1/2 serving of soy crisps
L- 2oz chicken w/mushrooms, tomatoes, and zuccini
S- the other 1/2 of a serving of soy crips
D- None
Evening - had 1/4 cup of real mashed potatoes (made w/ 1%milk...but real butter) with 2 tablespoons of parmesean cheese....bad bad bad bad (but really REALLY good)
Fluids - a had a cup of tea and a glass of water in the morning (2), I had some sf orange drink in the afternoon (1 1/2), I had a bottle of water with me at my lesson, sipped on it, refilled it before I left the students house and headed to the gym where I promptly forgot it in the car! (0)...working out w/ou****er = NOT GOOD. I had another BIG glass of orange drink throughout the night (2) 5 1/5 8oz servings total....ugh.
I'm heading downstairs to the cafe to get some skim milk and mix up a shake right now! I will not repeat a day like yesterday...no way!
