Did you move to lose today???
Oh man did I (ok I'm posting it the next day but, really I did). I put in my 1/2 hour walk at lunch time. Last night I had an hour session with a trainer at the Y (decided to start off w/ a trainer to make sure I get a good routine set). I warmed up on some cardio equipment, did a full circut in the strenght training room and ended up w/ another 1/2 hour cardio (on the treadmill). Finally got home around 8:30 or so, still full of energy, took the dog for a walk and we ended up (gasp) JOGGING for about 5 min (that was an amazing feat for me).
Today it's raining, plus I promised the finace (I LOVE that word) that Friday nights I would skip the gym so that I would be home right after work so that we could actually spend some time together, so today I may not get much move it to loose it in.
Yeah, the jogging surprised me too, but I think it surprised the dog even more, we were walking briskly around the cul-de-sac when I said to myself "self, you are still in your clothes from the gym..you should see what woudl happen if you started to jog." so jog I did and the poor dog all of a sudden thought she was off her leash and took off, so I ran on.....all the way home, laughing the whole way." (and I did have my nice new workout bra on, so that helped...and..the running tights I bought to work out in (size....XL!)
It might not be snuggle time tonight, somehow our sacred Friday nights usually turn into laundry night somehow.
