Starting the year off right...
I was getting frustrated because from Christmas to New Years I had gained 2 lbs. I was not getting in my protein or water. I was on the road a lot and was going out to eat a lot with family and friends. I was trying to make good choices and was splitting meals with someone wherever I went, but somehow put on 2 pounds. (My husband mopped the bathroom floor and threw my scale in the linen closet, on it's side, so I don't know if he might have messed it up to be off a little) Anyways...this week I have been working hard to get those 2 lbs off. For the past 3 days, when I have gotten on the scale it has been down a pound each day. THREE POUNDS IN THREE DAYS!!! I have been exercising and working hard on getting my water and protein in. I guess it is paying off. NO MORE EATING OUT FOR A WHILE!!!
I am just so excited that I am off to such a great start to the New Year. I am now down to 221 pounds...a loss of 61 pounds since my pre-op appointment. Before I know it, I will be joining all of your "losers" in onederland. We are all such a great group of "losers".

Sounds like a couple of things may have happened to you. #1...that trip to the linen closet may have knocked the scale around and caused it to register just a little off and #2 restaurant food is usually laden with carbs and fat, two things that are not necessarily our friends right now.
However, it sounds like you are doing a MARVELOUS job in getting back on track. Three pounds in three days is SUPERB!! Keep up the good work!!!!
