Goal.
Okay I have been thinking alot of my next goal and what it should be and if it is possible to do (even if it is not to the day I know that I will get there. )
Here goes:
Like to be at 175 lbs by Feb 14th. If not by then I know I will get there soon too.
Increase exercise to 5 miles a day on the treadmill (have just went to 4 miles a day within the last week) 5 days a week.
Add into my exercise to include strengthing and toning. (I need to get rid of these chicken arms and get a more tone tummy and butt area)
Increase water intake along with food. I now drink 90-100 oz a water a day I would like to increase to 110-120 oz...the food issues are getting better but when I am working I forget to eat all day long...just do my 2 protein shakes when at work.
SO there you have it...I hope to reach all these goals and will keep you posted on them so that I can be held accountable for these things.

Deanne, you may want to reconsider trying to tone, which is building muscle mass. My surgeon told me that for the first six or so months, we are all starving, literally starving and if we try to pump up or firm up or muscles, we will force our bodies into metabolising our muscles instead of our fat. Something about glycogen from the muscles being more efficient than the fat from our fat cells. He told me to never exceed walking 3mph for thirty minutes and to hold off on weight lifting or any kind of firming exercises until six months out. He is an authority on this and has nutritionists and physical thearpists in on his plans. Perhaps you should speak to your doctor first. I would hate for you to lose muscle mass, that would make the skin sag even more.

I am AMAZED at how much water you are getting in. Is that JUS****er?
I thought I was doing well to get approx 62 oz of water (sometimes with Crystal Light). I am not counting any other fluids such as protein shakes in that total (with shakes the total would be 105-110). HOW do you DO it?
Anyway, I digress......You GO Girl, and we will ALL be cheering for you!

PS.....I would love to join you at 175 by then, but so far, my average is 10-12 lbs a month, so I set it at 185.
I count the protein shakes but nothing else besides water intake...I know some count things that they eat as water intake.
It is a big step for this goal to be down to 175 by then and I might be like you at the 185 range as well but I need to start somewhere and if it takes me another month so be it.

ing for your enthusiasm for the goal setting. I am hoping to be around 190 by Valentines Day. I don't nearly get in the fluids you are getting in...try though. Can't stomach water right now makes me gag so I do tea, kool aid and crystal light. I also am working out and do cardio two-three times a week with weight training three times a week. I don't pu**** right now with the weight training because I don't want to bulk up to much. Well keep up the good work!!! When you reach your goals we will !!!
