LOL... You should've seen me with those first 2-3 bites until I was SURE it was going to be okay on my stomach. My hubby had a laugh jus****ching me. I looked at the dressings for a LONG time before I bought one. I hate the fat free and light dressings...but when I looked at the calories, fat and carbs in the regular ones, I just couldn't do it! So, I'm going to grin and bear it and hope I develop a taste for the fat free one. I got a huge one and I refuse to throw it away. Susan

LOL I bet. I guess I dont miss it enough to try it yet lolol. Soon as spring gets there though I am sure that will change lol. Ah yes hard to find fat free thats good ( my opinion ) I use so little of it I dont worry about the fat. I just make sure its low in carbs and I am happy. I use LightHouse Blue Cheese to dip my carrots and stuff in. 2 tablespoons are only 1 carb and have 1 gram of protein in it but I never get 1 tablespoon down so its basically a freebie lol. I am sure by the time you hit the bottom of it you will be used it it lol *huggles* Felicia =)

I am with you...I love baby spinach mixed with romaine lettuce in my salads. I absolutely love salad and have it for lunch and dinner everyday. I use some fat free salad dressing, but I also use the Light Done Right dressings which have a better taste, most of them have less than 5 grams of fat per serving.

I love salads as well. I will have to add in spinach, really did not give that much though. I also like the Light Done Right dressings. Some of those fat free ones have a bad taste to them...Yuck!!! Has anyone ever tried the spray dressings? I have one that is Red Wine Vinegrette...I love it for 10 sprays it is 10 cal's not sure on the fat side of it.
