LOL Ok so what is your excuse huh huh??? Doesn't bother my knees at all. You just glide back and forth, think cross country skiing.. There is NO pounding on the body at all. Which is great! I love the treadmill but the walking pounds the tar out of my body right now with this amount of weight on it. The gazelle doesn't at all. There is no rotation either. Again you just glide back and forth. I think you can see them at places like sears and stuff to try them out. *huggles* Felicia

I woke up this morning and walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Did 1.5 miles. Yesterday I did 25 minutes of one of my Firm videos and a little on the stability ball. I want to do atleast 4 days this week.

Yesterday I managed a 30 min. walk at lunchtime and another quick 30min. session at the gym (treadmill). Tonight I am going to have a session w/ a trainer to get going on some toning equipment and then swim for about 30 min. My goal is going to be at least an hour of activity today. Walking / swimming mostly with a few water aerobics classes and two weight training sessions thrown in for variety. My 30 min. of "me time" during my lunch hour may be coming to an end, it seems there are several other ladies that are inspired and want to join me in my daily treks around the corporate center. (hope they can keep up!)

I did move to lose yesterday and also so far this AM. I walked 3.75 miles on the treadmill yesterday and so far today I have walked 2 miles in 30 minutes on the treadmill. I feel so guilty if I do not get up and do something. I need to keep moving to lose and I have a new goal in mind...I'll post later the details of it. lol Deanne
