6 mins down and 6 to go.... Did 6 this morning and as soon as Rachel Ray comes on I am off to do another 6 mins on the Gazelle. That will give me 12 for the day!! Starting next monday I am adding more mins but not sure how many more yet lol. So for now I will take and enjoy the 12 mins lol. How about you? Did you move to lose today?? Felicia =)

How do you like the gazelle Felicia? I'm looking for a used one. Oh almodt forot to answer your question, I go to Curves Monday thru Saturday. This is one of my goals.

Hey you! How are you doing?!? How goes Curves are you liking it??? I love the Gazelle. When hubby first got it I thought WHAT A WASTE but then I also didn't fit on it so didn't "get it" lol Now that I fit I LOVE it. Here is the one we got : ( not from here though ) : http://www.amazon.com/o/ASIN/B000JL5JA6/ref=s9_asin_image_2/105-1204223-0329212 It takes up a TON of room when you use it though so not for small spaces lol. I do like the fact that its not hard on the body by that I mean there is no pounding at all. Just gliding. *hugs* Felicia

Unfortunately, no. I wanted to go for a nice walk, but it was raining and cold and my son was home sick with his asthma, so we went to the pediatrician's office instead. MAYBE tomorrow..... But, YOU are doing great!!! Keep up the good work. You will have this habit down in no time at all!!! Susan

I made it to the gym to exercise today. 2 times already this week. I am certain I have put in at least the equivalent of 4 miles today. I took my pedometer off when I got home and took a nap. I was beat. Aime

I didnt move to lose today.. I was so busy at work. I didnt even get to walk to the potty.. and here i sit on the computer.. what is my excuse?? That gazelle thing looks way confusing? Do you have to have good knees to do it? I had to have surgery on mine and have a hard time with rotation?? I should go try one out.. Tiff
