Well shoot....
You can do it Felicia!!!!!! Look how much you've already accomplished!
It's hard at first to get into a new exercise routine, expecially if you don't WANT to....but it can be done. Baby step it and soon you'll be FLYing!!! Just think of it as part of your FLYlady plan and you'll be working it in no time!!
And, yup....all the excuses are fading away fast.

I find the hardest part is getting to the gym, getting out the door, etc. Once I do, I'm fine. It's the 'routine' part that I find challenging. Of course, doing it makes me feel so good. Not just physically, but so much more in charge of my life!
And there's nothing wrong with 5 minutes! I plan to get on an exercycle tomorrow. I have sciatica and knee injuries, and I am aiming for 5 minutes. Once that feels ok, I'll aim for 10.
By the way, what's a gazelle?

I find the hardest part of getting the the gym is the 6 year old floating around here lol
I agree though once I have done SOME kind of work out I hate getting up to do it but am always glad I did it.
Good luck with the exercycle!!!
