Well shoot....
I supposed because I fit on the Gazelle last night that my excuse for not using it is gone right? lolol
OK fineeeeeeee I will work out on it ( since my poor poor ole treadmill has passed on to the next life ) but I wont enjoy it ok!
I am shooting for making a habit this week.. 5 mins a day no matter what. YES wimpy but hey I gotta start some where lolol.
I just don't wanna... yes I don't want saggy(ier) skin, yes I want it to come off faster, yes I know I need to do this but I DONTWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNNAAAA.
All my excuses for not doing it are fading away on me dang it!! My feet and ankles don't hurt anymore, treadmill died so now of course I fit on the dang gazelle, I am not so tired anymore... first food now excuses sheesh what will be left for me to hide behind soon???
Anyone else struggling to get into a work out routine??

The past few days I have but then I got up this AM and walked on the treadmill like I have been doing. I just make myself do it and then go from there.
Baby steps are always good!! This week 5 minutes next week shoot for 10 minutes a day and before long it will feel like second nature to you.
Let me know how you like the gazelle?
Hugs~~

Well thats what I hope... habit will lead to well habit lolol.
Hubby LOVESSSSSSSSSS the Gazelle. I "like" it lol. It works my arms ( ow ) and my legs ( ow ) and the butt ( ow) and well your whole body ( ow ). And its pretty easy to work once you get in the "swing" of it.
Personally I like the treadmill the best but refuse to buy a new one till I prove to myself I will stick to some kind of work out habit.

I will have to check it out. I know I've seen them but not know anyone that has used it. lol I like my treadmill as well...bought it when I was pre-op and it is getting it's use that is for sure. I walk on it 2 times a day for 25-30 minutes each time. Approx 3 miles a day. I need to find something to do with my arms. gulp!!
I feel guilty that I did not do much exercise this weekend except cleaning the house and grocery shopping. I did not sit much yesterday and was up and moving most of the day with the cleaning but just still feel guilty.
I did it I did it. 6 mins on the Gazelle. Wasnt as hard as I thought it would be. But MAN am I out of shape lolol. My butt is on fire lolol. I am huffing and puffing sheesh you would think I was fat! LMAO
OK I came up with a new plan... Every morning I watch Carol Duvall... So I am going to watch her from commercial to commercial and work out ( thats about 6 ish mins ). So today I started with 1 segment. By the end of the week I want to be up to 2 segments with the commercials as a break. Figure I will work up to a full 30 mins of her show with breaks at the commercial and then slowly work out through the commercials lol. Nothing like having to make life as complicated as possible lololol.
I never feel guilty for not working out lol But I am lazy at heart to lol.

Congrats on doing the Gazelle today, Felicia. Don't you feel better after doing it? I was able to do about 25 minutes of one of my "The Firm" DVD's before it kicked my a$$ and I had quit. Maybe next time I will be able to do 27 minutes or 30? Then I did a little on the stability ball. Babysteps!!! We'll get there.
