I have set my next goal!

I think you can do it. I need to lose 22 pounds by then to meet my goal....
Here's how I decide my goals. I figure out how much I want to weigh for my goal. Then, I figure 4 pounds per week. Then I see when the next holiday or special day is coming up after the weeks I need to lose the weight. It's sort of cheating because I know I can lose 3-4 pounds a week fairly easily and I give myself plenty of time to lose the weight for the goal. But, I don't call it cheating. I call it positive reinforcement by setting goals I know I will achieve.
