How many calories do you eat?

I don't count for any particular reason - I focus more on keeping the protein high, the carbs and fat low - but...fitday calculates for you - so I do have a general idea. I typically get in between 600-700 cal. a day - less on the weekends when my eating pattern is more sporadic.

I calculate my calories and activities on Spark People: http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/register.asp?referredby=1248200&from=friend On the days I exercise, I eat about 700 - 750 calories, but I am trying to get it up to 800. The days I don't exercise I eat around 500 calories. Elizabeth
