Weight loss questions

I think it's pretty reasonable to weigh yourself weekly. That way you can keep tabs on your weight loss. Any scale you can buy at target or kmart is fine. I bought a digital one there and I weigh in weekly. You must remember though that people lose weight depending on MANY factors such as starting weight (people under 250lbs vs people over 300lbs), body shape (are you a pear shape or apple shape), and gender (men tend to "drop it like it's hot" faster than women), whether you are taking any blood pressure/diabetes meds still, carb/calorie intake, etc. The bottom line is that on average, people seem to lose approx 10lbs on average. ALot lose more or less per month and as time goes on and closer you get to goal, that number will shrink. Just keep doing what you are supposed to do (follow your NUT's/surgeon's advice) and you will lose.
