Hey Melissa!! Oh man, I forgot about Constant Comment!!! That's one of my and my #2 sons favorites. I think I have some in the cabinet, come to think of it....I bet it's not decaf though. Darn it. I tend to stick with decaf so I can count the fluids. I think I need to make a trip to the store... Susan

I have no idea when I am "allowed" caffeine lol but I do have one cup a day of the full leaded stuff. (Ya i know bad bad BUT,,,) in my defense... I gave up soda 2 years ago. My last pop was on January 1, 2004 and I haven't even had a sip since then. I gave up white sugar almost 2 years ago and aside from a bite or two at a holiday or two I have not had anything with white sugar in it and white sugar or flour have not been in my house in that 2 years. I have almost completely cut out bread and pasta and when I do have it its either whole grain and/or for special occasions only. So with that I AM DRINKING MY DARN COFFEE LEADED AND LIKING IT! lol I did wait 10 weeks before starting back up. But I am not giving it up nope nope nope and no one can make me lmaooo. BUT I also ONLY drink 1 cup ( 6 ounces ) a day so its not like I am sucking it down like candy AND I added an extra 16 ounces of water to my day for it. As for the leaded tea... its easy to decaf it by just pouring off the first cup of tea you make with it and drinking the second. The caffeine leaches off with the first brewing. I am a good girl *evil grin* but no saint thats for sure lmaoo.. Thanks for the tea tips!!! *huggles* Felicia =)

I used both the herbal lipton tea's in the peppermint and lemon. Actually I bought a variety pack and tried them all out some were better than others but you did get 3-4 of each flavor in the box and I believe that there is 4-5 types in the box to try.

Hi all! I have tried a few of the Celestial Seasonings herbal teas fruit flavored. They are pretty good. It seems that I HAVE to add some Splenda in order to actually taste the flavor, otherwise, they all tase a lot like ho****er. The one thing I wanted to tell you all about, especially those that like the Chai----I have found a decaffinated Chai (I think it is Celestial Seasonings) that is REALLY GOOD. The kicker is that I make it into a protein filled vanilla Chai! Just put a scoop of vanilla protein powder into your mug. Mix it for 30 seconds with a small amount of COLD water to make a thick syrupy paste. Put the tea bag into another container with 6 oz of hot (not boiling) water to steep for a couple of minutes while you are stirring the protein. Once the protein is all dissolved, add the steeped tea, and splenda to taste. This serves 3 purposes: 1. Nice warm drink 2. 23 g of protein 3. 6-8 ox of fluid I think I will make one now! Dawn
