Hello!! You don't provide much detail so not sure what advice I can give. Have you been eating on plan? Are you in or heading into your time of the month? Sorry to hear about the weight gain. Have you called and talked to your surgeon or NUT about it to see if they have some advice for why you would be gaining? *huggles* Felicia

Im sorry about details Ieat as planned try not to really eat much . my son is giving me a lot of stress , her 8 and wants to move out , grandma told him if he goes live with her he could do whatever he wants , the telephone dosent stop ringing and my baby is sick , yes i had a talk with the doctor and he told me to slow down , at this time i cant my kids are in need of mom. I know it is frusterating but know that I am sure there is a good explanation. I gained 3 during that time of the month holding on to water alone. I agree...check with your doc or nut. Without details it is hard to give advice. Melissa
