I'm sorry to hear you are still stuck though. Do you go to Fitday to log in your intake every day? It helps me keep an eye on how many carbs, fat, protein and fluids I get daily. Plus, you can customize the nutritional values so you can be sure you are getting in enough calcium, etc. I know when I have stalls, I can go there and figure out where I'm messing up and get back on track.
Good luck with the exercise. Maybe that's all you need to add in to get the scales moving again.
