Soup's on!

I've been on a soup making binge the last few days, but now I have way too much soup! I'm giving some away and have some in my freezer. It should take me through the winter
A few days ago, I made beef veggie soup, adding every kind of veggie I could find. Turned out really well. I added a few lentils too, for extra protein. Today, I made a soup of butternut squash, sweet potato, chestnut, onion, and pumpkin - also good.
I'm wondering if it's too late to become a professional cook...I love trying out new ideas and I need new people to try them on!

I'll take some. Sounds yummy!!! I am getting so bad about cooking lately. It takes all I have to come up with something for my husband and kids to eat. I try to make something that revolves around some kind of protein and then make a side for the rest of the family to eat. I REALLY need to start trying some of these recipes on the board.
I don't think it is ever too late to change careers or start one. If it is a passion, then go for it. Culinary school isn't that long to complete. Give it a try if you love it.
