I also love avocado , my frien told me it has to much cholesterol. I cut it in hakve and salt it and then put my protein and that makes a great meal for me.
Actually avocados are known to help cut cholesterol and if my memory is correct they have no cholesterol at all in them. Great idea about adding the protein though. Will do that next time I have a avocado!!
