Sorry that the scales are being mean to you, Angela. But I agree with the others that you should measure yourself or pay attention to how your clothes are fitting you. Are you losing inches? Also, pay attention to what you are eating. Are you getting in all of your protein? Are you getting in all of your water? Are you eating too many carbs? I hear that after a stall that the scale can make a big jump, quickly. I hope this is the case with you.
As far as finger foods or dips...just look for recipes that you are hungry for and see if you can adapt them and make them low fat. Cheese and meat trays sound good with some low fat crackers. I have even found a nice cheese spread that was higher in protein and enjoy it on crackers. I might take it to my moms on Christmas day. I am also going to make SF Pistacio pudding using 2 Boxes of SF Pistacio Pudding, 2 Cups of Skim Milk, One container of SF Cool Whip and a can of Dole Carb Clever Fruit ****tail. YUMMY...GREEN...And very low fat.
