YAY!!! Not only did you eat carrots now you are in the bugs bunny fan club of eye sight improvement! ROFLMAO Sorry just had to say it. I did ok with lettuce. I did the romain fine but had a bit of the spring mix type and it does not break down as well. Keep that in mind when you are tryng it. YAY!!! Melissa

ROFLMAO I so wish that was true. I would eat carrots till I dropped to get rid of my glasses/contacts.... I scare't ( in my best childish voice ) of lettuce. It was mean to me. *huggles* Felicia ( who just used the bugs bunny eye sight thing on her 6 year old about raw carrots - it didn't work but hey at least he eats them cooked lmaoo)

Hey Felicia! Since you've tried carrots and they stayed down, maybe I'll give them a try in a few days. I've got a grouchy pouch right now - along with everyone else, it seems - and don't want to try anything new just now. Even the "usual" stuff doesn't want to stay down. Not sure why.... BTW, I was LMAO at the lettuce comment. We both know that's not a good idea....possibly EVER again. Susan

I figured that since I seem to be able to handle crunchy textured things ok that carrots might be safe. And they were. Radishes are next lol. As for lettuce... nooooooooooooo me scared.... *huggles* Felicia

ME TO! I love veggies really any way you have them but my fav snack is raw veggies. OHHHHHHHHHHHH that just made me think of the wonderful veggies we get at the farmers market every summer. I SO hope to be past this stage by next summer so I can go back to buying the "good stuff" lololol. *huggles* Felicia

I have been able to eat salad at about 2 months out. I haven't had any trouble at all. I just make sure the chicken in it is cut very fine. I do sometimes have trouble with chicken.

I started eating salad last week and I have not had any problems with it at all. I absolutely love salad so 2 months without salad was hard for me so having salad again is wonderful to me.
