UGGGGGGG WATER!!!!!!
Felicia,
I usually get close to my 64 oz every day. Some days I'm over, some days I'm close. I figure it all averages out over the week - usually.
BUT...I am another one that can't drink water. What's really weird is that right after surgery I could drink water without any problems. LOVED my H2O. Not anymore. Now I can barely drink 1-2 oz. However, I can drink Wyler's s/f lemonade (like CL, but not as expensive and without aspartame), s/f apple cider, decaf tea and coffee, etc. So, I spend most of my day sipping on those. I try water still, but so far, it still doesn't like me.

I get 48oz every day pretty much without fail its that last 16 oz that I struggle with lol. At least I am getting 64 oz of fluids in every day. I just want it to be all water lololol.
I use Crystal Light but only in the bottles as its made with Splenda and not aspartame. Hope fully I have enough stock piled to get me to next spring when Costco starts carrying it again *grin*. I have a pop machine full right now lololol. Every day I get a Root Beer Or Pepsi or Mt Dew. Well ok not really but thats what it says on the knob LOLOLOL.
Sorry to hear water isnt your friend.
*huggles*

i can usually get in about three bottles of water a day. they are each just about 24 oz. i like the water, and now i can actually gulp some of it... well maybe i would call it a few good swallows, not gulps. but i definitley have moved up from the sips. i also drink at least 2 8 oz. glasses of milk a day. i can't do any of the protein shakes, so i need to get all of my protein from food. the milk and the cheese sticks help. i also just found a no sugar added frozen fudge bar that i LOVE. it is blue bunny, health smart, fat free, no sugar added fudge bar. mmm, good. i have one at night for my evening snack. it has 50 calories, 0 fat, 0 sat fat, 5 gms of dietary fiber, 3 gms of sugars, and 3 grams of protein. i think that is a pretty good snack nutrition wise, and it tastes GREAT! just like the real thing.
best regards,
patricia
