Problems eating out...

I would guess the chicken was dry. I had that problem with some chicken salad once. I couldn't wait to pull off the side of the road to remove it from my pouch. Mouthy was very tempermental yesterday. I made some very tasty split pea soup. It didn't stay long. Who knows why. Now I have to decide to save the rest or just toss the entire pot of soup. Cooking for one is so hard. Aime

Sorry to hear you were having problems yesterday Aime. I hope your pouch has settled down by now. As for the soup, can you freeze it in individual containers for later? That will save cooking later on...and that's always a good thing in my book. Susan
