Since I am going to start posting a recipe or 3 once in a while I thought I would try and post recipes that the majority of us are able to eat. So with that in mind what kind of meat are you currently able to eat. I can eat easily: Beef, Pork, White Fleshed Fish, Shrimp I can eat but not as easily : Chicken I can not eat : Tuna I have not tried yet : Crab, Muscles, Dark Chicken Meat, Salmon I also an a huge fan of Tofu!! How about you all? *huggles* Felicia =)

Good question but for me it really depends on the day. I can eat easily: Fish so far but not all the time. I can eat but not as easily : Tuna I can not eat : have not tried either...Shrimp (though I have bought some), crab, chicken, the list could go on but I will limit it to this. I hope that I can start branching out and eat more soon. Hugs~~ Deanne

LOL does it technically count as "can not eat" if you haven't tried it? LOLOLOL Tuna was a killer for me. I have tried it twice and it is the ONLY thing so far I have eaten that went down and came RIGHT BACK UP! lol Which is actually find with since I don't really like it anyways *grin*. I have a goodie for tomorrow *licks lips*. *huggles* Felicia =)

Tuna is the only thing I haven't been able to eat. I had the same reaction to it that you did. I have had all kinds of meats and not had any issues with them. I have had steak, ground beef in a spaghetti sauce, pork chop, ham, chicken, crab, shrimp, clam in chowder, and and.... egg and tuna are the only things that have not worked for me. Aime

Eggs sat like rocks when I tried them also except when I made Egg Drop soup. YUM! They were so soft they just went right down with no trouble. Cant beat a 5 min recipe that actually goes down and stays there lol. How did the crab go? I am dying to try it but I am land locked so I have to wait for Costco to get some in. I am SO FREAKING EXCITED to try it though. My favorite thing in the whole world is Alaskan King Crab but pre surgery ACK who could afford it and get enough to make a meal out of. NOWWWWWWWWWW though 1 leg will be 2 meals!! YIPPIEEEEE. Tuna = evil lol *huggles* Felicia =)

The crab was heavenly. I've had it in Cream of Crab soup and in a stuffed shrimp. I would caution there as too many people use alot of filler. Maryland is known for crabs and crab eating. I had to have some as soon as I was allowed full liquids. A cup of crab soup... MmmMmm Aime

Ok for Christmas I want you to send me crab!!!! LMAOO Just kidding of course. I am SO JEALOUS!! I love Montana but I would give a large body part to live anywhere near where I could get seafood. Hubby is headed to Costco tonight. I am SO in hopes they have their seafood display. I am such a seafood nut. So much so that I want Dale ( hubby ) and I to take a cruise when I get all my weight off and I am planning the cruise NOT for where its going but for what they serve LMAOOOO pathetic lol. *huggles* Felicia =)

Thanks for this question! I'm glad to see I'm not alone in what I can and can't eat. I can eat easily: Beef, Pork I can eat, but not as easily: Chicken (comes back up every other time I eat it!!!)...and turkey......and eggs....and cheese, but it MUST be low fat cheese, or it is also evil!!! I can not eat: Tuna ( I agree, tuna = evil) Looking forward to the recipes. I'm always looking for new ones. Susan

I LOVE these type of posts cuz I always think that OMG I am so the only one that is doing ... yada yada... then I find out HMMMMM guess I am normal lmaoooo Chicken is a cranky critter. I have a couple of recipes I want to try that are cooked in the oven with lots of sauce so I am hoping it will change the texture enough or what ever that makes it cranky and it will go down. Chicken sure is a lot cheaper then most other meats lol. Glad to hear it about the recipes. I never am sure if I am over whelming the board or not lol. Sadly I talk in real life as much as I post online lmaoo I figure eventually someone will say SHUT UP lol. *huggles* Felicia
