hello all
Hi I use to post on here before surgery but sad to say I haven't been here in a while. It will be 2 months on the 17th and I have lost 62 pounds so far. Like alot of you I don't eat much I eat actually less then I should be so I have been trying to increase my intake some. I am really only eating chicken and turkey I was afraid to eat red meat, but I think I am going to try it soon. I exercise on my treadmill everyday. I do it in five minute intervales 3x aday or for at least 15 min and I am trying to increase that too, but I am still at 15 minutes now cause it still makes me feel worn out and I sweat like a pig. lol Well it was nice talking to ya'll so I will end now.
