I peeked....
I weigh every friday, and I just fight the urge to go on more than once a week. It's hard though! I just don't want to be disappointed and I think that would happen if I weighed myself everyday, we have normal fluctuations day to day depending on time of day, etc etc so I think I can get a more accurate reading of my weight loss if I just do it once a week. Don't worry Felcia, any loss is a good loss and at least you won't be gaining at this point so hang in there.
Felicia, I too try for the once a week weigh in and have already had 1 plateau...well not a true plateau but I only dropped 1lb that week...plateaus will become normal for us as we continue on this journey So what if you dont hit your goal by the new year? The magic of this surgery is that if you follow the rules, protein first, all your fluids, daily excercize, vits and supplements, and healthy snacking...you WILL reach those goals! You are being too hard on yourself, keep doing what you are doing and those "oh yeah!" moments will come!
