I am cleaning out and thought I would see if anyone wants some of this stuff before I pitch it. I have the following : 1 bottle ( opened ) Optisource Chewable Vitamins & Mineral Supplement - I have only taken about a day out of this bottle. They are really good but when I changed surgeons I switched to Centrum Chewables. 2 bottles ( 1 opened 1 unopened and sealed ) Calcium Citrate Wafers - Again only a day taken out of the open bottle. I found a powder I like to use better. 2 boxes ( 1 open 1 unopened ) Citracal Creamy Bites Lemon Flavored - The open box has 25 of 30 left in it. 1 box ( unopened ) Citracal Creamy Bites Carmel Flavored - I use a powder one and wont use these either. 1 2.2lb container ( opened ) ProComplex Vanilla - I only used one scoop of this. Its just to sweet for me but does mix VERY well with a mild vanilla flavor. 1 2.2lb container ( opened ) Any Whey - I am getting more than enough protein in and so this is just going to go to waste sitting on my shelf. It mixes in hot or cold and with basically no taste at all. I have only used about 5 scoops out of this. I accept paypal only and will be shipping UPS in the US only. Again these are all FREE if you will just pick up the shipping. Felicia, you are such a doll. Anything you can throw in will be very appreciated. With a ton of advice from people on here I have just been visiting fitday.com and although I knew I was not getting enough protein in this really makes it so I can see it. Your so totally welcome!! I am just glad someone can use these. I have a 2 scoop Pro Complex drink in the morning at that is 55 grams of protein plus what ever milk product I add to it brings it up to anywhere from 60 to 64 grams of protein. Then in the afternoon I have a 1 scoop of any kind of protein drink ( the only two I like are the Pro Complex Chocolate and the Nector Latte Cappuccino) and that adds another 27 to 30 grams of protein to my day just in those 2 shakes. Of course you can add more or less to change the grams you are getting in. I also drink ISOpure ready to drink bottles but since they are so expensive I usually cut it with crystal light over a couple of days. My protein intake rarely averages below 100grams unless I am having a really crappy day food wise. I am supposed to shoot for 90 a day so feeling pretty good about the protein. I LOVE fitday. So much so that I bought the software ( MUCH better then the online site but thats my opinion of course lol ) . I use it daily. *hugs* Felicia

How can I get samples? I have checked a few websites and no samples are ever offerred. Aime
