I so know what everone is going through. I am sooo the same way. I am so sorry that you are having a tough day but you seem to have brightened everyone elses with sharing. The support on this board is great. My hubby was told also to toast th bread and it will go down easier. If you can not find a health food store than even in the regular store you should be able to find a thin sloced sandwich bread. I get him the pepperidge farm thin sliced wheat. I jsut make sure that it is whole greain if possible. I am too chicken to try a sandwich yet. I have a tough enough time with jsut eating a yogurt sometimes. I am with the one who said what was good two weeks ago is not ok now. That is totally me. My mother in law always wanted to go out to eat and she has no concept of how hard it is for me. I think she sees my hubby and how it is easier for him (he is 6 months out) and she just thinks it will be that way for me. YA RIGHT!! NOT!!!! Anywho I hope the day gets better. If it helps when I have gone out to eat what I order is usually some sort of chicken and make sure it has a sauce with it. I am one of the very lucky ones that does not sump so I do not worry if there is sugar in it or not. I am so glad someone brought up avacado I am going to have to try that. I am a mexican food lover so maybe that will entice me a little. I know this is jumbled but then again I always am. I wish you the best of luck, Melissa

ACK I almost missed this one. Ya know they really need to change these over to be more like the main board *sigh*. I so agree about this board. I JUST LOVE IT! Its the main place I come to post. I read the Main and the RNY boards but I post mostly here. You guys are like family!! I don't know if I dump on sugars or not yet. To scared to try lol. But I am lucky that I do not dump on fat WHEW which is a huge relief for me as I don't mind going sugar free for the rest of my days but I don't want to give up the fats lol well you know the good fats that is. Only thing I can say about the avocado is watch out its rich. I can eat quite a bit of it but I notice that after a few bites its really rich. Goes down good though *grin*. And its great on my chili or with a chip or two for just something munchie lol *HUGS* Felicia

I am also having a lot of trouble determining what to eat. It is really hard to cook a meal for one person when all you will eat is a few bites. I am also so scared of dumping. Since I dumped on the tuna last week, I do not want that to happen again. I usually just grab a protein shake. Aime
