What does your daily intake look like?

I am trying to see how I compare to others and what you all are eating and drinking to see if I am some what on track or what. I some times feel like I am not eating nearly enough but not sure. I emailed my NUT to see what she thought also but thought I would post this here and see what you guys think... ::: This is what I had yesterday 12/4 ::: Breakfast : Protein Shake (This should be food but I just haven't found something that settles well in the morning yet) Also take morning vitamins and RX Snack : 1 ounce of cheese ( type depends on the day ) Lunch : 3 oz of Wendy's Chili with 1 small bite of avocado - take multi vitamin Snack : Protein Shake Dinner : 3 medium shrimp with a small dab of ****tail sauce 2 small Brussels sprouts Evening Snack : 1/4 cup ricotta cheese sweetened with splenda - take rest of vitamins and rx I am drinking 48oz to 64 oz of plain water a day plus 16 oz of skim milk. Calories : 773 Fat : 14 grams Carbs : 46 grams ( 24 of this is from the skim milk ) Fiber : 4 grams Protein: 111 grams (98 grams from protein shakes and skim milk ) I am also walking on the treadmill twice a day. I am slowly losing but not as fast as I thought I would be nor as fast as a lot of people my size around me seem to be. I just hit a 40lb loss on 12/4 since 10/2 and it just seems to be going so slow. Here is how my weight loss has been going : 10/2 - 359 10/16 - 343 (-16) 10/23 - 337 (-6) 10/30 - 334 (-3) 11/6 - 332 (-2) 11/13 - 331 (-1) 11/20 - 327 (-4) 11/27 - 322 (-5) 12/4 - 319 (-3) I know its steadily coming off, and I am feeling pretty good these days, but I just guess I needed some reassurance that I am on the right track. Here is what I ate yesterday: Today's Foods Profect liquid protein Egg omelet with cheese Benefiber 3 tsp Morningstar Farms Mushroom Veggie Burger Lite & Fit Strawberry Yogurt IDS Vanilla Cinnamon Protein powder in 16 oz coffee Low fat Cheese 2 oz Lite & Fit Smoothy Hummus 1 TBSN My totals for the day were: 759 calories, 26 grams of fat, 42 grams of cho & 5 grams of fiber, and 92 grams of protein. I felt like I ate a lot yesterday but I was very active. I went for an hour long walk at lunch, 45 minute jog/walk on treadmill, 15 minutes of weight training, and 1.5 hours of swing dance lessons. Which profect do you like? So far I cant drink them straight I have to add ice and water or ice and Crystal light. Looks like we are eating about the same amount. Wish I could say I was working out as much as you though lol. Great job! *hugs* Felicia

I like all the Profect flavors except for the blue one. I think peach and orange pineapple are my favorite. I have so much energy now that I get fidgety if I don't do some sort activity daily. I just wish I could channel this energy to help me wake up easier in the morning Elizabeth

The only one I like so far is the Citrus Berry one cuz I can mix it with Crystal Light lol. I still have 5 of them to try though so I am hoping to find a couple more. I wish we didn't have to buy it in full cases of one flavor but could mix it up. I cant find it in town anywhere. Hey if you need a place for that energy to go send it my way lol. But please do it before 7pm I am having a hard enough time getting to sleep at night as it is lol. *hugs* Felicia

Well, I work midnight shift, so my first meal is at around 2pm. Today I had.... Breakfast: Maybe 1/2 Cup of Leftover Chicken Fajita Meat/Onions 1 Corn Tortilla 1/2 TBSP Light Sour Cream About 1 TBSP 2% Mexican Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1/2 TBSP Salsa Snack: Protein Shake made with 9oz Skim Milk Lunch: 6 Shrimps and about a TBSP of Coctail Sauce Dinner: Wendy's Chili with 2 Reduced Fat Ritz Crackers

WOW thats a shift to work lol. I remember working late night. I dont think I could do it anymore lol. WOW you are a good eater. I am only up to 4 shrimp lol My favorite food used to be shrimp. Now its like water *shrug* have to eat it so its not so special anymore. *hugs* Felicia =)

Breakfast 1 egg white fried in non stick pan with 'spray and cook' 1 small slice beef. when i get to work: Vitamins: 1 supredyn fizzy; 1 sandoz calcium fizzy 1 cup decaf coffee with milk lunch: a bit of chicken with some bean salad or green salad or whatever. (sometimes even a few fries!) 1 cup decaf coffee with milk 5pm: the rest of the chicken and a bit of salad. normally chuck most of the salad afterwards. 1 or two fruits or a bit of yoghurt or cashews during the day or at 9pm, if i am feeling nibbly. this very rarely happens lately.
