Goals For The Week ?! 12/4 - 12/10

This week I am going to try and reach the following goals... 1. Walk 5 mins in the morning and 5 mins in the evening on the treadmill every day. 2. Drink 64oz of water ( not counting any other fluids bu****er ). 3. Reach my protein goal every day of 90 grams. 4. Stay off the scale till Next Monday! How about you all? Okay...here goes. 1. Get the speed on the treadmill increased along with incline. 2. Eat more variety of foods (I get the foamies very easy so it is hard for me to try new things.) 3. Stay off the scale (I'll try but not sure it will happen...lol) 4. Post an avatar picture soon as I already posted pictures on my profile. I guess one step at a time. LOL That is about it. Welp its 7pm here lets see how I did for the first day... 1. Walk 5 mins in the morning and 5 mins in the evening on the treadmill every day. --- CHECK Done and Done! 2. Drink 64oz of water ( not counting any other fluids bu****er ). --- CHECK 64 oz of plain water along with 16 oz of milk 3. Reach my protein goal every day of 90 grams. --- CHECK 117 grams of protein to be exact ( 98 grams of protein from shakes/milk ) 4. Stay off the scale till Next Monday! --- Ok this one starts tomorrow since today was weigh in day lol Not bad for day one!! *hugs* Felicia =)

OK...what do I want to do... 1) Exercise ATLEAST 20 minutes each day...if doing treadmill, increase the incline and speed a little throughout the workout. 2) DEFINATELY only weigh myself once a week. I weighed last Wednesday, so I will WI on Wednesday this week, too. 3) Eat between 60-80 grams of protein a day. 4) Drink a protein shake every day. 5) Get in atleast 64 oz of water each day. 6) Take all of my vitamins and meds each day. (ESPECIALLY try to remember my Calcium) How does that sound? I hope I can do it. I'm off to a pretty good start.

WOW great list of goals!! You can do it!!! I picked the "basics" to. I figured that since I HAVE TO be doing them lol they were safe goals to start with. Espeically since if I make those goals I am healthier for it!! Good luck!!! *hugs* Felicia =)

I am so busy with the end of the semester crunch that I am lucky to get out of this office for more than ten minutes. I will, however, try to get my protein down. That has been problematic for me. Also, I am going to try to exercise on the bike everyday instead of every other day.

Drink 64oz of water ( not counting any other fluids bu****er ). --- only got 48 oz down today of plain water but did get 16oz of milk down in shakes. 3. Reach my protein goal every day of 90 grams. --- and then some... 4. Stay off the scale till Next Monday! --- Didn't even peek.

Plus 1/2 cup of half & half 3. Reach my protein goal every day of 90 grams. --- Met plus some. 4. Stay off the scale till Next Monday! --- Didn't even look at it today. *hugs* Felicia
