TRYING CEREAL TODAY
LOL I don't have a clue. I just know it was on my list when I switched to pureed foods. It was easy to get down and didn't want to come back once it was down there lol. I don't eat it often as I try to avoid most processed carbs but its nice once in a while as a change up for breakfast. I heard a lot of people are eating that Kashi Go Lean cereal to but I dont know anything about it.

I tried that one. It was OK. Kinda tasted like Raisin Bran without the Raisins. I had 1/2 cup and about 1/2 cup of Super Skim Milk. I did good until it got to soggy then I couldn't gag it down. Did you like it? I also put a 1/2 teaspoon of Splenda Brown Sugar in it.
My Favorite cereal for breakfast is Cocoa Wheats. Ate it on the pureed stage, too. 1/3 cup of skim milk, 1 TBSP of Cocoa Wheats and 1/2 teaspoon of the Splenda Brown Sugar and sometimes a little shake of salt. It was YUMMY!!!
I really wish that Banana Nut Crunch wasn't so bad for you. I love it.
