I finally broke down and pulled the poor ole' treadmill out and thought I would start on Monday working out. I also have the Walk Away The Pounds Videos but my attention span isn't up to them yet lol. So I figured I could walk on the treadmill and watch tv and hopefully get some jiggle in my wiggle going here. What are you all doing for work outs?? *huggles* Felicia =)

I do the walk away the pounds 2 mile walk. Its only 30 min and I can fit it in when my 2 1/2 year old takes her nap. I am so bad about doing it. I have to totaly force myself. I wonder if I will ever grow to like any part of the whole deal. Maybe I will like the results.

I have walked on the treadmill several times, but nothing religious. I have been piling bags of Christmas gifts in front of it for the past month and just cleared a way to it tonight. I also bought the TransFIRMer. I started the first DVD and didn't get through it because I work from home and got a phone call, but I plan to alternate that and the treadmill this week to see what kind of results I get with working out more on a regular basis. Right now I am only losing about 1/2 lb every other day (I know, I should only weight once a week). I hope to see more like 5 lbs a week with working out more. I also just ordered the FIRM's Jiggle Arms and Jiggle Abs from e-bay. Now to actually use them.

YUP! Thats why I am starting to work out. I seem to go up and down with how much I lose each week and I am hoping that I can balance out some where between 3-5lbs a week if I start working out a bit. Not going to go nuts though lmaoo as I know I will surely quit if I get burned out on it fast. Best of luck!! Felicia =)

I have only made it to workout on average once a week. Sometimes it is just so hard to get up early enough in the morning to go. I have to make exercize like a doctor's appt. I never miss an appt. I do wear a pedometer every day, and I have been able to increase my steps around my office building to more then 2.5 miles daily. I pace whenever I can to increase my steps. I wi**** wasn't so dark at night when I get off work. Aime

You will be soon!!! I saw your before and after photos!!! You are looking better now!!!! Keep it up!!!! We should be doing atleast a half hour a couple times a day now on our exercises. It doesn't have to be all at once. Increase it as the weeks go on. Also thinkinging about getting some of those bands that you work out with. Hugs Judy
