35 lbs gone forever!!

I had my appt. yesterday with Dr Lautz except he was sick. I met with MaryBeth his PA. Great report from them. Met with Natalie Egan the Nut. right after. 2 more weeks until Stage 4! Woohoo!! Can't wait. Well, I stepped on the scale this am and I'm officially down 35 lbs. I'm so psyched. Let's all keep the weight coming off! Kathleen

All these positive posts give me incentive to keep up with the hard work. Anyone who thinks this is easy is out of their mind!!!!
