What is your Vitamin schedule?
I am trying to get settled into a vitamin schedule so I thought I would ask you guys what your schedule looked like...
Also can we take B12 with Calcium? Its only Iron that binds with Calcium right?
Lastly is anyone else taking Ursodiol to help hopefully prevent gallbladder problems?
I am so excited lol this morning I got brave ( with permission of course from my surgeons office ) and swallowed a capsule. OMG it was scarey as I didn't want it to get stuck but guess what it went down perfectly YIPPIE cuz I have several things I need to start taking and breaking them up just SUCKED! ( not to mention tasted terrible). OK stupid to be scared but hey it freaked me out ok! lol
*hugs*

When I came home I was told to take...
1500 to 2000 mg of calcium a day - only struggle so far *sigh*
1 500 mcg of b12 sublingual a day
and
1 Centrum chewable a day
I had to up the B12 to 2 a day to combat the tiredness.
I asked my surgeon about the gallbladder meds. They are not sure if it helps or not but all the people I have talked to so far that are 6 months or further out that took it never had a problem with their gallbladder so I figure its worth a shot lol I have to take it twice a day for 6 months.
I find its easy to get everything in but the calcium. I just ordered a new powdered for of it (Thanks to Mardi on the main board for the tip) So I hope to be able to take it easier. I just cant handle the wafers or the creamy bites.
I wish they made everything in sublingual form. Man wouldn't that make taking all this stuff easy lol.
Thanks for replying!!

with breakfast and mid morning snack:
Trader Joes High Potency Chewable Muti-Vitamin and Mineral Supplement
Carlson Chewable Chelated Iron
Superior Source No Shot Sublinguil Women's B-Comlex
(some times I break the b-complex out by themselves just depends)
Dinner and before bed snack:
Lifetime Liquid Calcium Citrate - 15 cc (1 tbs)
Multivitamin is from Trader Joes $6 for a 45 day supply
The sublingual b is from http://www.cvc4health.com/ $6 for a 30 day supply but shipping is expensive
Calcium and Iron are from Super Supplements. Iron is for women who still have a period. The Iron is $3 for 15 day supply. So $6 per month. The Calcium I really don't remember, but it was not too expensive.
The calcium is bareable. The flavor I prefer is Orange Vanilla. It is 400 IU of Vitamin D, 600 mg of elemental calcium citrate, 300 mg magnesium. This is one tbs. I do 2 a day.
I forgot...
I get my TWINLAB - B-12 Sublingual Dots (500mcg) 100 dots ($4.25) from http://allstarhealth.com (where I also buy most of my stuff lol ) they have super cheap flat rate shipping. Might check it out they may have your brand for cheaper shipping?
