Week 6... Losing seems to be stopping?
Hi Felicia...I am also at a stall right now and have been since I was last weighed on the 30th of October. I am having the same feelings as you and the others that have posted to this. I am told that yes it happens to everyone that has had the WLS. It will begin to come off soon. Just be patient and it will happen. You could even see a 5 pound loss overnight!!!! Ok I am waiting to see that happen!!!!
Hang in there like I am and see what happens.

ACK you beat me on the stall time. That has to suck. I think I would have a break down if I stalled that long lol. Ok not really but it would be stressful. 5 lbs over night *sighs dreamily* wouldn't that be sweet. I will keep my fingers crossed for that to happen to you if you keep yours crossed for me *grin*.

yeah it sure does suck!!! if i don't see a loss on monday i am calling my nut and see what she has to say about it!!! dangit its been since the 30th!!! i am eating all my proteins and drinking all my water...i am walking...not as much as i should be but my feet hurt after working on them all day!!!

Here's to a loss on Monday!! LOL For BOTH of us! ( ok so I sort of accidentally stepped on the scale *It just jumped out in front of me* this morning and was down to 330 which is a 1 lb loss from this past Monday. Here is hoping I can at least hang on to that 1 lb lol).
I have to get walking more. I hate to work out. I would say that I don't feel like a lazy person but being honest I have to say I am lol. Well shoot lugging around an extra 200lbs is no fair on the feet sheesh lol. I cant wait to get some of this poundage off so I feel more energy and WANT to get out there and walk.

^ 5 girlfriend!!!! you took the words right out of my mouth!!!! got to get some poundage off to want ot move more....if my feet and ankles didn't hurt so much i would walk more..but for now around the block once and work is about all they can take!!!
wow!!! you lost a pound!!!!! that is 4 sticks of butter!!!!!! great job!!!!! wish i could say i lost!!! ho hum...maybe next week!!!!

I remember when I went to start my WLS journey... I had nothing wrong with me except that I had finally made it to a sad place in my life where my feet and ankles were no longer able to support my body weight. It scared the crap out of me. What if I break something? What if I cant walk anymore? What if .... I can honestly say today that even though walking is still hard on the ole joints and am every day one step closer to not having the fear of something breaking every time I stand up on them. But lol I am not ready for a marathon yet *grin*. I went out today and walked 3 laps around the yard. Not sure how far it is exactly but we own just under an acre so what ever that would be. Needless to say I was pooped and the ole legs were a burning but I DID IT! I didnt feel to bad about breathing hard though lol since the poor old dog was breathing just as hard LOLOL. Gee guess there is more then just me in this family that is out of shape *giggle*.

WAY TO GO FELICIA..WALKING THREE TIMES AROUND THE YARD!!!! THAT IS GREAT!!! HEY MAYBE THE DOG WILL TAKE SOME WEIGHT OFF NOW TOO AND FEEL BETTER HUH??? MAYBE I SHOULD GET MY MOMS DOG AND WALK HER...OMG NO WAY...SHE IS SO OLD AND FAT IT WOULD BE MY LUCK SHE WOULD DROP OVER WITH ME!!!
WHEN I WAS GOING TO WEIGH****CHERS THE LEADER TOLD US TO TAKE OUT FOUR STICKS OF BUTTER WHEN WE COMPLAINED WE ONLY LOST ONE POUND....SO SEEING FOUR STICKS WAS LIKE WOW!!! THAT MUCH!!! LOL IT WORKED FOR US!!!
