Hi All, I'm stalled as well. Still at 18lbs lost. I've already gone out for my walk this morning. The weather was great. It's going to get up to 86degrees today, I think the boys are going in the pool. Cusi

This is exactly why I put my scales away! I use to be a scale-a-holic, but now I decieded not to weigh myself and just get my numbers at the docs. It might not last forever, but for now that is what I am doing. I know that if I am doing everything right, the weight will come off! Let your food diary rule you instead of the scales. Look at that and see if you are on track, or vearing off corse. Make sure you fufill all the protein and water needs and I know that your body will give up the fat!!! Keep up the good work, I know that we are going to make it! Ann

I am just over 4.5 weeks and have found that if I keep up my protein it really helps. I had a hard time getting in the 60gms my doctor told me I needed until I tried ISOPURE protein shakes. Beleive it or not they do not taste bad an they dissolve very well. One shake (scoops with 12-16ozs of water is 50grams of protein). Since I started drinking one shake for breakfast to kick start my day I have more energy and I drop the weight on average of 3-5 pounds a week. You can find ISOPURE at GNC for about $52 (here in Arkansas). It comes in chocolate, strawberries & cream and vanilla. I hope this helps. Don't get discouraged you can do it.

From what I understand, it's REALLY common to stall in the 3-6 weeks out timeframe. They say it's your body re-adjusting to a major surgery & a major change in your diet and all the weightloss. Keep on keepin on & you'll start losing again!

I am having the same problem, this must be common. I am constantly on the scales, I think they should change every day. My scales draw me to them every time I walk by them. I am going to have to put them away and just let the Dr. office be what dictates to me what I have lost. I have not lost anything the last few days and it has discouraged me.

I am now convinced not to buy a scale. I don't want to feel disappointed. I drink at least 2 protein shakes day. I have had some problems with the pureed foods so I am still sticking mainly to full liquids. I'll find out weds what my total loss is for one month post.
