Patricia, I soooo know what you mean. I am a littel out form having the chili, doc said another week or so for me, but today while I was out I got a taco bell pintos and cheese and Oh Gosh was it ever heavenly. Mind you it will last several meals at this point but it tasted soooooooo good. I have to give credit to everyone on here for the idea. With my hubby we knew about th Wendy's chili but he missed out on the Pintos and Cheese. YAY to all those fast food place who can still make us feel normal!!! (and little do they know we are loosing so fast next time they will not recognize us). I hear ya, Melissa

Hmmm didn't know about the Taco Bell but sadly my tummy did not like the Wendy's chili I was so mad. But I am stubborn so I will try it again at a later date lol.

Umm.... that is 17 grams in one serving. If you eat half (which is about 4 oz) it is 8.5 grams of protein. You may have realized this, but in case you didn't I wanted to make sure you knew. Taco Bell has a very robust nutritional calculator online. I had their cheesy fiesta potatoes once and I had a little less than half of a mexican pizza another time. Before you know it, we will all have memorized the nutritional guides for all of the fast food places.
