I am 11 days out of surgery, had complications so I had to spend an extra 5 days in the hospital. Still having a lot of pain and because of the extra time in the hospital and all the liquid they pumped into me I only lost 6 pounds.

Take it easy it does get better as the days go by. That's not bad for having IV's pumped into you. I gained 8 lbs in just one day from all the IV's in me. Did you have an open or lap procedure?
