Atkins Advantage High Protein Bars...and others

I am looking for things I can take with me in case I am stuck or broken down in the middle of nowhere and need my protein. My family has 4 cars so I would like to put something in each, just in case. Do you think these bars are ok in a pinch? Are there any others that are better. Thanks, Brian from CA
