I need prayers.

Tomorrow (10/24) is the day. I can't believe it's finally here. The anxiety is just starting to really set in, although judging by the size of the sore on my lip, my body was feeling the stress before my brain was. Marie

Wow! This sounds just like my pre-op post last Wednesday. Believe, me all the anxiety and worry was for nothing. It wasn't nearly as big a deal as I thought it would be. Just remember to use your pain meds when it is all over with, although my worst pain was gas and all you want to do is pass it so badly. Anyway, you will do fine, everything will go smoothly and it will all be over with before you know it. Praying for your peace of mind, well being, surgery, and recovery. See you over on the losing side of life.

I want to send my prayers your way Marie even though I know you have already had your surgery on Tuesday! How are you feeling now? Are you home yet? Did you have it done Lapro or Open? I had mine on the 29th of Sept & only had 3 days of pain! I have never felt better. Be very careful that you do not drink your protein drinks too fast as you will get the dumping syndrome something awful & believe me it's no fun at all! I'm now eating 3 meals a day of all protein.
