How long does it take to get approval I have blue cross/blue shield my husband work for lanxess. I talk to a Dr. 11 of October.

What state is your bcbs out of?mine is out of kentucky and insurance was submitted on 9-29-06 and approval was 10-4-06-susan

I live in the state of texas. But send my claims to Pittsburgh,PA. It been to weeks. But I didn't know anything about Dr. Supervised dieting? I've been trying on my own for years. Ymca etc. It the 25 th of October . My Dr. Visit was on the 18th of October.
