FRIDAY THE 13th

IS THERE ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE AS CRAZY AS ME HAVING MY SURGERY ON FRIDAY THE 13th? I BET YOU NOT TO MANY PEOPLE WILL BE HAVING SURGERY ON THAT DATE. DOESN'T BOTHER ME THOUGH. JUST CAN'T WAIT TO GET IT OVER WITH AND START TO BE A ON THE LOOSING SIDE. MY STOMACH IS IN KNOTS JUST WRITTING ABOUT THIS. BETTER GO TAKE SOME MYLANTA WELL GOOD LUCK TO THOSE WHO HAVE YET TO HAVE THEIR SUGERY AND CONGRATULATIONS TO THOSE WHO HAVE COMPLETED THEIRS. GOD BLESS AND GOOD LUCK, DONNA

Donna, You'll do fine. I had a moment just before they wheeled me in, but it passed, and I KNEW that this is what I needed to do. Afterwards, was pretty easy for me. Let the nurses "baby" you, it's what they are there for. I had the LAP RNY, so I didn't have any pain at all, I was really lucky Best of luck to you and nothing supersticious about it Molly

Have to say if that was the date they told me I was to have the WLS i would have said ok!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah that would be great!!!! Just think now if you are having some terrifying moments how this is going to change your life for the better....You will be healthier...If you didn't have this surgery...What would be happening?? Your life would be cut short from being overweight. You are doing the right thing Donna...Like I am as well!!! My date is on the 17th and I am really excited to be having this done!!! I guess that makes 3 of us then that are crazy. I am confident that the Lord will take care of us all as we start the journey to become healthy, active and happier. My stomach too has been acting up and I've been gobbling up medicine. I go for my PreOp tomorrow and can't wait for Friday the 13th! Laurie

I'm also having my surgery on Friday, 13th. I'm glad i'm not alone. Its going to be a great day for all of us.
