October 12th

Hi guys. I am new to this board, but have been reading the main board for months. It looks like I am finally going to have my RNY done on the 12th. If you read my profile you'll know that, like many of you, I have had more delays in this process than a lil bit. I have never been nervous about my surgery, but I am reluctant to get excited again. Disapointment is so, well, disapointing. Pray for me fellow Octoberans.

Monika. Sorry to hear that you have had such a hard time. I hope that things are okay now and you can move on. I also am having my surgery on the 12th. My adventure getting to this point has been very peaceful. For that I am grateful. I have read many stories that have been a struggle, such as yours. Just know that I will be thinking of you next Thursday and pray that you will have a speedy recovery. Best of luck to you and let us know how you are doing! Sherry :-)

Hello Monika and Sherry, I am also scheduled for surgery on October 12, 2006. I am so excited and glad that this day has finally come. I am wishing and praying for the both of you. May God watch over ya'll for a safe surgery and fast recovery. Kesha
