Oct. 4th, only 7 days away

WOOHOOO!!!! Are we psyched yet???? OMG I am soooo excited. I went for my pre-op testing on Monday, which was fine, lots of questions, and they drew blood, that's it. No special diets, flushes, nothing. I have to say, I am so ready for this. I am going shopping this weekend for the rest of my supplies (clear liquids, jello, pudding, vitamins, calcium, etc.) I have such a great support group here. The last one is tomorrow night, until after my surgery. I'll be lost next week, but again, I have great support. BEST OF LUCK TO ALL!!!!! Molly LAP RNY 10/4/06 318/308/150

Yes, I am really psyched up now! I had my final pre op appointment at the hospital today. I met the anestaesiologist, nurse practitioner, and saw the pre-op and recovery room areas. I was given a walk through of what would happen and I am ready. Next Wednesday cannot get here soon enough! Elizabeth

I'm ready too!! I have my pre-op tomorrow. I've had bad allergies for the past couple of days and a persistent cough. I hope this doesn't interfere with my surgery. I'll be so disappointed if I have to postpone. My family is coming out from San Diego on Sunday and I'd hate to have to postpone to another week when they won't be here. I bought all my vitamins, protein, jello, and pudding, but I'm thinking I need more liquids in the house. So, other than that, I feel I'm ready. I can't wait!!
