Hi~ When I saw your topic I could hardly wait to see what you had to say because that is exactly how I have been feeling lately, discouraged. I, too, have been on a 2 month plateau with 4lbs up/4lbs down over and over again. I try to focus on lost inches and decreased clothing sizes to motivate myself but it's been hard to adjust my mind to the slower weight loss. I had stopped exercising for a while when I hurt my knee. In the last two weeks have returned to 3 days a week [at the gym-- cardio and strength] and starting next week I will add 2 more days[fittness walking]. It's good to see there are others trying to hang in there while we wait for our bodies to catch up to our dreams. Take Care, DJ 393/262/175
