Boy time flies when you're having fun. I'm 1yr and 1 day post-op. I saw my surgeon today and everything is good. I'm down 152lbs only a 6lb loss in 3 months, my last visit with thim. I was bummed because I was hoping for more. But I guess it's better than nothing. He said there is nothing to be bummed out, i've exceed all expectations. He said that I have lost something like 73% of my body weight, an average that usually is met 2yrs after surgery. So i'm doing good. Also, I saw the nutritionist. We still have to come up with a plan for me to eat more protein. It's hard to do. Anyway, she was pleased as well. I promise I will post a pic soon as I get one taken. Sorry I have not been able to keep up my posting since i agreed to journal daily my foods. I am having a hard time here with stress My bf of 4 years who i live with I just found out have been cheating on me... not with women but men. so i have been in shock and trying to get the hell out of here when I confronted him he denied it but I have hard core proof.
