I'm here because I don't have a house to work on. Just a condo. Seems like everyone has abandoned this site for some reason. Not as talkative as before. Everyone must be busy.
I'd love to have a house to do all the remodeling, painting, etc.. Who knows maybe some day I will have 1.
Hope the house comes out great.

I'm in the same boat as you. I've lost 150lbs, don't get to work out much and feel I should be losing more I only had a 6lbs loss from 07/14/06-10/19/06, last visit with my surgeon.
I need to get back on track. If you get any of those encouraging words, please send them my way.

I went from 285 to 203...goal is 185, only 18 pounds to go...who would ever have belived...I feel great...my labs are great....I went from a XXXL to a Medium size shirt...from a 46 stretch waist to a 34/36...I run in the mountains, bike to the beach and feel like I am 15 years younger...I feel GREAT...SO HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME AND ALL MY OCTOBER FAMILY.....WHAT A GREAT TOOL THIS IS...Again thanks and blessings to all of us and all of U...

Topic: Discouraged
I am just looking for a little encouragement. I am almost a year out and I have lot 78 pounds. ( from 249-171 ) I seen my doc last week and he said the wl is great and I am on target but like everyone else, I feel I should have lost more by now. I will admint there I have not exercised as much as I should have and that I have started experiementing more with foods. I just want to know if yall could give me some encourgement/hints/tips about getting back on track.
