You look so so good Laura I'm so proud of you!! Anyways, to change your little picture..this is how I've done it: 1)I belong to photobucket.com and I upload my pictures there 2)I copy and paste the jpg format onto obesity help.com 3)to do that go to the main message board and on the left hand side of the page you will see user settings and you just paste that jpg format into the space and hit upload image and that should do the trick

Aww Deb...I'm sorry you're struggling right now. I think everyone gets in to these rough spots along this journey, but you are aware of it, and you know you can pull yourself out of this!! The hardest part is facing and admitting the issue! Don't be ashamed of yourself, you've come so far and have been victorious at losing weight!
