Gosh we started out almost the same and I sure don't look as good as you! I'm not complaining tho, I'm happy has heck.
I had my 1 year on 10/13/06 but was up in GA visiting family, and that day was also my dad's 80th birthday, so it was a pretty quiet day for me. Spent a lot of time reflecting on this past year!
You take care and keep taunting that hubby like that - I'm sure he loved it!

Congratulations on your one year anniversary!!! And congratulations on your success! You seem to really have a handle on the whole new-life thing. Your post mirrors a lot of the feelings that I have at this point! I too would do it all over again if I had to. I wish you continued success and just keep that positive attitude going!!!

Can you do fit day.com or something else that will help you to keep track of things? I know that when I don't do fitday I feel out of control and can have some food amnesia. I enter everything I eat and all of my activity there. It keeps me honest with myself. Also, I find that if I have to enter food and count it, I'm usually less likely to eat - especially what's bad for me.

I got dressed up and walked into the kitchen, Brad was doing dishes. I leaned up on the microwave and said "Trick or Treat Big Boy"....lol. He turned around and he got this HUGE SMIRK on his face!!!
I knew he liked it!

IM HERE!!! I am on a new med for ulcers,my doc is treating me for and ulcer but i go back in a month for my scope and maybe surgery,he seems to think i have an internal hernia,but he told me to put on some weight so thati will be healthier,hmmmm i never thought that would happen.But i get so sick,i mean i get doulbed over in pain after i eat. I have been doing liquids for awhile,and cold stuff hurts to........so i am ok for now.........thanks jenn for your concern.............and you seem to be doing great!!!
